Mr. Santillan, the manager, was very excited about exhibiting us the pets throughout his shop and even let us to engage with the animals while sharing information about each one. He was sincere, even offering us excellent choices for inexpensive tanks. I've been to several community-owned pet stores, and this one has by far the cleanest and best-maintained enclosures.

Roy the manager is my new best friend he's super informative of all the species in this store and the cleanliness for these animals is great. You can tell these animals are loved. I will be coming back when the paycheck hits 😆.

I had an amazing experience at Under the Sea! Manager Roy was incredibly helpful and always had a positive attitude, which made the whole process even better. I got my beautiful bearded dragon about a month ago, and she’s been healthy, active, and such a joy to care for. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new scaly friend!

Kind owner, was very helpful when we adopted our hamsters. My daughter loved her new pet I Would recommend Under The Sea as an alternative to PETCO for getting pets in healthy conditions. Reptiles birds and other critters available.

I absolutely love this place! I built my first Koi pond yesterday so I came to Under the Sea and bought 6 gorgeous, healthy Koi fish for my pond and a huge algae eater for a fantastic price! They treat you like family and are very attentive and polite as soon as you open the door. Businesses like this are exactly what Laredo needs more of . Thank you Roy Santillan for all of your help, knowledge and support for a newbie to fish ponds like myself! Y'all gained a customer for life ❤️ The fish already love their new home and started eating just 5 min after I put them in their new home!! All I have to do now is give them names 🤣
