Petco Grooming

Our dog, Grace, came in for a nail trim and buffing.The person who took care of our sweet pooch (I don't remember her name, maybe Jade) did an amazing job! Everyone there were very loving to Grace:)

My doggies are really happy and look beautiful! They love Audrey who made sure that they were pampered yesterday !

Horrible service. Dog came back all wet, more stinky than before his bath and they didnt trim sanitary hair even though I payed for it and specifically asked to do it. Never coming back again

First time grooming at Petco San Bruno with Jade. She was super nice and was really great with my Izzy. I would definitely take Izzy back!

First and last time I take my dogs to this location. The groomer in charge to groom my Shih Tzu did an awful job. They didn’t let me see my dog if I didn’t pay first and give them their tip. When I finally saw my dog, the haircut was uneven, his paws were groomed without care, his face wasn’t even clean as if they didn’t shower him. She didn’t even ask us what length we wanted for my dog, we had to remind her. We told her we wanted a rounded shape on his face since his hair was long enough and my dogs face ended up with one side longer that the other. It was that bad that my husband had to go back so they can try to fix his face at least. His body was left with uneven spots and his paws don’t have shape. I have taken my dog to the Petco grooming at 16th street and Potrero and never had this kind of experience. Never going back to that location. The groomer AU needs to have more training about how to groom a Shih Tzu. Awful experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
