(from Google)Lovely little beach, quiet and clean. Took my pup there for a day at the beach. The place was very easy to get to, clean and with great views.
Sunny beach was my go to beach. As of I don't know when it is no longer named Sunny beach and no longer a drive beach.I don't know when this happened but last summer it was still a drive in beach. It has at least free parking but is a walk from the beach
Beautiful place, clean, but we didn’t find any washrooms nearby )) Update from March-2025 - you can no longer park directly on the beach- there is parking nearby & it was free when we visited.
They are developing this beach, put in a parking lot and added more homes. Long gone is the open beach. So sad. I thought the dunes were protected, guess not. This has been our family beach for decades, so distraught over the destruction of land and wildlife.
Beautiful beach and the locals we chatted with here were friendly. The water is quite shallow too so the kids can play in it easily the waves are not too bad. It was a beautiful place to watch the sunset!
