Signature K9 and Daniel were amazing in the training of my 7 month old Doberman, Kiwi! More specifically in training my girlfriend and I on how we should be handling / interacting with our Doberman puppy to establish a healthy relationship.Highly recommend!

Our day school experience has been amazing! We noticed big changes on just week one. Here we are in week four and our pup doesn’t get on the couch has amazing door manners etc. The private lesson has been very helpful in this experience. Dan has been coaching us on how we can continue training at home and to also understand dog language. Not to mention how Dan has been very flexible with my work schedule. I Highly recommend bringing your dog here!!

We adopted our German Shepherd, Hades, from Danny — and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made and something that’s actually quite rare, as Danny’s primary focus is obedience training for dogs already owned by their families. That alone speaks volumes about his dedication to finding the right fit for both the dog and the new owner. Hades came to us with a rock-solid obedience foundation, thanks to Danny’s expert training. Hades was already confident, focused, and responsive to all the core commands like “sit,” “stay,” “heel,” and “come” and so much more! But what made this experience truly outstanding was the support Danny provided after the adoption. For nearly two months, he worked closely with us in multiple sessions to ensure we understood exactly how to communicate with Hades, reinforce his training, and integrate him smoothly into our home. Danny didn’t just train a dog — he trained us as well, with professionalism, patience, and deep understanding of dog behavior — especially with high-energy, intelligent breeds — truly stood out. His calm, structured approach gave us the tools and confidence we needed to maintain the high standard he had set with Hades. We’re beyond grateful for everything he did to set us—and Hades—up for success. Whether you’re looking to improve your current dog’s obedience or need help with more advanced behavior issues, we highly recommend Danny. He’s a true professional, and his commitment to the success of both dogs and their owners is unmatched.

Incredible trainers that are knowledgeable and provide a step by step training guide applicable to any dog breed. Daniel and Kevin truly care about equipping you with the tools needed to ensure your dog stays obedient. I felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands and being cared for from a physical, mental, and emotional level. I had no issues bringing her back after the in home weekend visits and she began to warm up within just a week of boarding. I had no idea where to start with my 8 month old pitbull because she was so anxious, insecure, and had severe trust issues from being a stray. She displayed this in her aggressive behavior towards anyone besides me by barking, growling, jumping, and even trying to bite. Now I have peace knowing that I can keep her in check by using the commands I was taught. I loved how hands on the in person sessions were and I gained invaluable experience learning how to recognize her aggression signs and tendencies. In just 6 weeks my dog went from yanking and pulling on walks to sitting and heeling with minimal corrections. We’re still a work in progress, but I feel confident she can stay on the right track by reinforcing positive behavior. Thanks for helping me regain control of my home and giving me a new perspective on handling my dog. If you are ready to give up on your dog, take them to Signature K9 and get the professional help they need.

What an amazing experience we had! What can I say about Daniel to capture his awesomeness? He really is a (DOG)tor! We have two fur babies; A beagle mix and a Dalmatian/pit mix. They got into two fights that left them both with injuries. One of our babies bit my fiancée, twice, and we were at the verge of surrendering her or giving her to someone who could take care of her. The previous thoughts were mainly out of frustration as our house was chaotic. The dogs couldn’t even look at each other as they would lounge, bark, growl, and go berserk. We were so stressed and knew we had to do something. We knew it was our faults; like they say, blame the owner not the dog. That’s is exactly what we did. We had previously wanted to train our dogs, but I was hesitant as the beagle mix was in a terrible accident and lost her back leg. We started looking at trainers online and picked one out just based on reviews. We came across Signature K-9 training and immediately knew this was going to be the place. I was still hesitant on doing a board and train program as there are many negative things on the internet about these programs. What put me at ease was that there was nothing negative to say about this place and the consultation with Daniel and Kevin. During the consultation, there was an immediate difference already. Daniel spoke to us more about the process and gave us advice on what to do/how to handle the girls. Daniel also gives you 1-1 lessons every week to teach you how to communicate with your dog so it listens/trusts you. What I absolutely loved was that you get to take them home on weekends and observe the gradual changes in your dogs, as well as practice doing the things they have learned over the week at your own home. Daniel is not only patient with your dog, but also patient with the owners. I asked him all kinds of questions and he would answer them and provide demonstrations when I couldn’t understand him (I’m a visual learner). We did a 6-week program for one dog and a 4-week program for the other. They took good care of both of my girls. They were fair with my tripod as they listened to all her limitations. They didn’t treat her like she was incapable of doing things, which is what I didn’t want. I wanted someone to know that even though she had three legs, she is extremely strong and capable of doing most stuff but with minor adjustments. Kevin was always helpful and listened to my concerns at every drop off. He was professional and kind. My dogs would get super excited to see him, which was a good sign for me. Well, they would get super excited and happy too, to see Daniel. Daniel truly knows how to read a dogs body language and is a great teacher to the dogs and their owners. He is a veteran and has such a calming demeanor that dogs love. He is an amazing human and is very easy to talk to and understanding. Our girls are still learning how to interact with each other but we have peace at our home again. This place truly delivered results and was not a waste of our/time and money. If you decide to take your dog here based on my review, tell him I sent you ;).
