Super helpful staff and a well organized store. The layout is easy to find what product you are looking for and they carry reliable brands.

Always live my trips to PetSmart, just really wish there was one a little bit closer than there is. I would be there several times a week if there was! I love that they always have sales, and special deals. Also, your rewards points add up to money taken off the next purchase, or you can save it up. Always has everything I need plus some, friendly and helpful employees, although I will say there are barely any employees out at the registers or in the actual store aisles to help customers but you can see several behind the glass where the dogs for sale are kept. There was a line that literally went halfway down the middle aisle, and 1 register until there was barely anybody left, then someone else came up, after already being line over 15 mins at this point. But there was still a whole bunch of them back there laughing and talking, not even tending to the animals. Everyone in line was watching them and making comments about it. That was the only issue, but ive experienced the SAME exact issue several other times. Only reason im mentioning it this time!!! Otherwise, they are awesome!!

Concern Regarding Unpleasant Experience at Dog Wash Station, August 3, 2025 Dear Store Owner/Manager. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your dog wash station on Saturday, August 3rd, 2025. I’ve been a regular customer at your store, consistently purchasing food and using the dog wash services for my two golden retrievers, and I’ve always appreciated the convenience you offer. However, this recent visit left me with a negative impression. During my visit, I brought both of my dogs to be washed. While I was washing the first one, my wife waited in the car with the second. When I returned to wash the second dog and went to pay, the cashier informed me that I could not use my debit card again for the second wash. I found this quite unusual, as I was not aware of any store policy prohibiting the use of the same card for multiple transactions. I then used a credit card, but the cashier still seemed visibly upset, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but feel that this may have been a personal issue, possibly due to the amount of fur my golden retrievers shed during the drying process. If pet hair is a concern, perhaps clearer guidelines or accommodations should be established. That said, I do my best to be respectful of your facility and always clean up after myself. As a loyal customer who chooses to support your business when I could easily go elsewhere, I hope this matter is addressed appropriately. It’s important to me and I’m sure to other customers, that we feel welcome when using your services. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
