Doggie Barber Mobile Grooming

I brought my Shih Tzu here for grooming and left extremely disappointed. The groomer was rude during drop-off and even more so when handing my dog back to me. The haircut itself was very uneven, and her face looked completely disregarded, which is especially disappointing for a breed where face grooming matters so much. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. There was no professionalism, no apology, and no effort to acknowledge the poor grooming job. As a paying customer and a pet owner who trusts groomers with my dog, this experience was unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grooming or respectful service.

Just tried their service for the first time. Kimberly was very patient with my puppy, professional, and quick! We used to go to a chain for grooming serious this was a much better one-on-one experience for my doggo.

It was my dogs first time getting groomed Kim was great. She understood my dogs little quirks. She was done rather quick. I think I will be calling the again in the near future.

Very happy with the groomer Kimberly. I just told Kimberly what I like and she did an excellent job. Our two Border collies/ Australian shepherds mix look like teddy bears and smell good again.

I had been looking for a mobile dog groomer for my two schnauzers for a few years. My male dog cannot do traditional kennels / groomers with other dogs. Some of the reputable traditional groomers we’ve tried didn’t even attempt to groom him and called us to pick him up. He gets too hyperactive around other dogs, beside his female companion and urinates and prances. All the mobile groomers I reached out to were not accepting new clients. I’ve had two different stylists and they have both been Amazing! Very patient and attentive to both of my 4 legged babies and they come back looking amazing. Most importantly Jax has such a great experience that instead of getting hyperactive can fall asleep. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
