We started seeing Dr. Oberembt in January and have had great experiences. Recently our dog had some medial issues and she was very informative of all the options and helped us try options to help our dog. Dr. Oberembt was amazing through the whole process and took great care of our little girl. She stayed with us during the process and gave us plenty of time-we didn't feel rushed. Great care by Dr. Oberembt and we appreciate all she did

So thankful my Yorkie was able to be seen right away and Doc knew all the right tests and what to do. Remy is getting better everyday.

I've been going to this clinic for years and it has really gone down hill. The primary vets are pretty awesome (Dr. Brunner, Dr. Plahd, and Dr. Kroeger), they are the only reason this review is a two star instead of a one star. I'm not sure if it is because this is a franchise building out or something else, but their prices have steadily began increasing past comparable to other Sioux Falls vets for years. Additionally, they have a huge turnover rate of the front-of-house staff and the people there rarely know what is going on if you need to do anything other than to schedule a visit. They do not follow their own policies (stated on a recorded line by the team lead), the "hospital manager" will call and berate you if you insist they follow the stated policies, and the staff will have you sign paperwork stating that something was one fee and then insisting that it is a separate fee (on a paper you did not sign) when you come to pick up your animal (despite Dr. Kroeger saying they would honor the first fee). It is getting hard to get appointments sooner than a couple weeks, even if your animal is very sick, which will hopefully change since they recently moved to a bigger place. The glow-up is nice, but I feel like the issues have become too pervasive and many to continue coming here. I'll be checking out a new vet that a couple of my friends have lauded over a few streets away. Edit: As seen by their reply (which may be ChatGPT or AI considering its verbiage), they're more interested in platitudes than adhering to spoken or written policies. In short, the vets are great, but you can find competent, caring vets at a better price in this city. Go elsewhere. Edit 2: They sent me a letter stating that due to this review, they will be refusing me service. At no time did they make "every reasonable effort to deliver" anything in regards to the concerns stated above, especially when I brought forth concerns about signing one pricing sheet and then being charged a significant amount more. I was simply bullied into paying the higher amount. It won't matter much to me since I've already left, but to anybody looking for a vet, this is just further proof that they're more willing to act vindictively since hours after leaving the review they sent this letter, go elsewhere!

Staff was very friendly and the building was clean. Took my dog in for a tooth extraction since out normal vet couldnt get her in till the end of the month and found out she had a severe infection and needed emergency surgery. However, All City wanted $2500 for surgery when our normal vet was less than $900 for emergency same day surgery and was able to squeeze us in. Price is the only reason I rated them a 3. The staff themselves were passionate and caring.

8 years we have been going to All City Pet Care. I’ve been trying to receive help on a matter since the better part of January. Back and forth, back and forth we go. I wonder what happened to the staff that tried to actually help their clients and caretakers? It’s wild that they are quick to take your money. Disgustingly quick. I’ve heard great things about the Tea Vet and I’m thinking of just cancelling both our dog’s overpriced paw plans and going there. Sounds like a place I would feel comfortable taking them when they are older and will need that compassion that this place clearly lacks. I just wanted you all to know, something changed at this location. It is NOT what it used to be, and it makes me so sad. Sad for all the animals that go there. I read some of the reviews long ago and thought to myself “what? All city pet care west did that? No way.” Well, here we are. I have emails and voicemails and conversations I would LOVE to share with everyone. It makes me sick how the care and support they once showed and followed through with, has declined tremendously.
