They were able to understand what was going on with my dog just by looking at her, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise.The only downside was the pricing. The estimate they showed me didn’t fully match what I was charged at first — for example, the $39.99 promotion visit and the nail trim were priced differently. They did fix the issue once I pointed it out, but it still left me feeling like a few things may not have been necessary.Overall, though, the staff was great, the care was excellent, and my dog was treated very well. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge, and I’d return — just with a closer eye on the estimate next time.

A Must. We switched to this place and have recommended it to others as well. Doc is really chill and the team is so sweet. They have really been there for our little one when we needed them. The wellness plan is amazing and highly recommended!!

Our girl German Shepard is a very spirited lady. Dr. Moore and his team handled her situation with the greatest care. We have taken all of our dogs here but our girl is the hardest one, they handled her with ease and we are so so grateful for their kindness and expertise. Thank you all at Frisco Pet Hospital 🙏

His entire team is compassionate, attentive, and supportive, and I’ve never once felt rushed. Each appointment has felt as though my sweet girl was their only patient. Most recently, we faced heartbreaking circumstances with my sick baby, and Dr. Moore and his staff showed extraordinary care and kindness. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, checking in gently without ever making us feel pressured. Later, we received a thoughtful letter from the clinic—a reminder of how truly blessed we are to have professionals who love what they do. This veterinary clinic embodies genuine care.

We have a happy and healthy girl thanks to Frisco Pet Hospital! We’ve been seeing Dr. Moore since June of this year when we got our Sandy. She loves visiting the vet, adores the vet techs, and enjoys seeing the doctor! They always have her best interest in mind, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I like how open and honest the vet is, and they take care of us! I know many friends and family members that also come here, and I understand why❤️
