They always greet you and have good knowledge of their products. Don't hesitate to get free sample of their smallest size cans to broaden your pets diet.

We were greeted warmly at the door and helped with finding the kibble I needed and the treats I wanted. They even hoisted the bag of food into my car for me. Absolutely excellent.

Our new addition to the family is so happy with his toys, litter and food. The customer service was very informative letting us know that we get a discount for new pet additions to the family. The unfortunate part was that they didn't have spray for scratch deterrent. They had tape. But everything else was ok. Update: he's not so little anymore

We go to Mud Bay in Burien regularly. The staff are always very welcoming, nice and helpful. They go over and beyond the call of duty to help us with our dogs. We have been going there for years and we went from four dogs to three. We have a German Sheperd, a APB and a Boston Terrier we had a Chiuahua but she passed. The women know us as soon as we go in and they have talked us through many different situations and have guided us on the right path. I appreciate them so very much! You ladies are the best!

Great selection, very friendly staff. Good quality products for your pets. Love that you offer high quality raw foods & treats! I got my pup this little sloth a few weeks ago and he's never loved a toy more!
