(from Google)Beautiful park with a lot of amenities from playground, wooded trail, walking path, and ropes course. The nature center has a lot of cool resources and a collection of animals to visit. Check out City of Leawood's calendar for free activities for kids!
The bridge. Once a lovely bridge. It is this very bridge I let my true love. She later died that year underneath a bridge. Her tarp had sprung a leak. Animals she had trapped all became her pets. They lived off of grass and fish but that's because the fish had no feelings. It was malnourishment and salmonella that took her life. The bridge was in Seattle
Great park for activities, walks or renting a cabin. You can enjoy a walk around the pond, cross the bridge and get into a nice path for a shadow morning walk. There is also a playground. Depends where you park you can also enjoy the Oxford school and more fun. Very nice park.
Beautiful park with scenic walking trails. We also enjoyed the buildings and the old Oxford school house. This is a winter wonderland after a snowfall.
Large park with three cabins, activity course for social gatherings, walking path and playground with decent parking and one covered picnic area. I only came for the playground but it was slightly muddy and fairly busy with a party renting the picnic area. Go between 2-3pm between rented parties.
