Absolutely horrible new management. My dog has been going to Groomingdales for about 10 years, until now. It was never communicated to me while booking the appointment on the phone that they only take dogs up to 15 years old. My dog is now 17 years. When we asked where we could take our dog for senior dog grooming, the lady simply replied with "Sorry, I do not know of any place. We drove all the way from San Jose to Burlingame only to be turned away due to their lack of communication. Absolutely disappointed but glad to know how this new management acts so that we are to never give them a cent ever again.

If you want a professional and caring pet groomer go to Bark Station in Burlingame! Hermelindo and Leyla truly care about the pets and get to know them and their owners. They will always ask how you would like your pet groomed and now I just drop off my dogs and say, "Do what you think they need". They always look and smell amazing. The best thing I like about Bark Station is that they will call you as soon as your pet is finished with their grooming. They do not stay all day at the groomers like some places do. You pick them up as soon as they are ready! Hermelindo and Leyla are simply caring and the best, I will go to no other groomers!

The Bark Station does a great job. Their staff is consistent and does quality work. I have taken two of my small poodle mixes there and have always been pleased with the results.

We left our puppy for a her first full groom. She came back happy and so cute. Affordable and considerate. When we left her our puppy was anxious but they calmed her down. Will definitely visit again!
