This is one of the worst dog washes I've ever been to. I waited over 20 minutes for them to finish cleaning the restroom area, and the guy kept dragging it out. In the end, he told me I had to wait another 20 minutes, even though other people were already bathing their dogs and the other side was empty. I find this incredibly disrespectful. I'm a Pet Supplies member, and at this Atlantic location, they acted like racists. If you don't want to experience the same treatment, definitely don't go there because they're very racist, and none of them resolved anything. I ended up going to the University location, and they treated me with respect. I'm giving them one star because I can't give them zero.

This is the best self dog wash around! I have an extra large Belgian Malinois. He is impossible to wash at home without soaking every square inch of my bathroom. His favorite part about coming to Pet Supplies Plus is picking out a toy after. I rarely have to wait long to get in to wash him and everything is always so clean. I have everything I could possibly need to get him super clean.

I visited Pet Supplies Plus today to give my dog a bath, and I had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the process smooth and enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed by the wide selection of products available in-store. The grooming area was clean and well-organized, and my dog seemed comfortable throughout the bath. I really appreciated the quality of the service and the professionalism of the team. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be returning for future grooming sessions and shopping for pet supplies. Highly recommend!

Groomer Rob was literally the bomb-digity today!!!! I have a VERY scared and reactive dog who has NEVER allowed ANYONE to EVER cut her nails....AND YET Rob not only was successful in clipping my sweet Liberty Jean's nails, but he did it with such kindness & expertise that LJ was even willing to receive her "good girl treat" from him (which 💯 would not have happened had he not earned her trust). This may not seem like a big deal to most, but it was HUGE for her and for me. Also, as a bonus, Rob remembered me from when I had come in about 2 months ago inquiring about getting Liberty's nail clipped (it took me 2 months to get the courage up to bring her in (I didn't want her to have a bad experience))...I was so blown away when Rob remembered me AND my story. THANK YOU, ROB!!!!!!!
