Petco

I purchased kitten milk during the snow storm from this location. It was an emergency for a sick kitten. The cashier asked if I wanted receipt (me assuming itll just be in my account so no need to waste paper/ink) turns out I didnt need it after all. I figured it wouldn't be an issue because I was just here a week or so ago.. yeah no. No apologies on behalf of the manager for her employees mistake. They couldn't find the item and refused any kind of refund bc "policy." Im sorry but your manager has the option to override such things! There was 0 customer service displayed to us. I will NEVER shop at another Petco nor recommend anyone to. Awful customer service. And to think I was going to use the refund to purchase even more food. Yeah, no thanks.

I took my dog to be groomed at the Petco located at 3166 N Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie. I trusted them to take good care of my fur baby but instead, they gave him a terrible cut that was neither what I asked for or proper for the winter. I am extremely disappointed and will never use Petco again. I also will ensure that everyone, including users of social media sites are aware of my experience as well.The first picture is before Petco groomed him and the second picture is after.

Do not recommend dog wash. Of the three station, only one has a working dryer. None of the bathing systems works so they give you a basket with pre-mixed shampoo and conditioner, only I didn't receive mine so I ended up using a neighbors supplies. I ended up getting two towels from the manager, but nothing else. A very poor experience for $20. Will not becoming back. Would not waste the money.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I trusted this groomer (Gloria)to take good care of my fur baby, but when I brought her home, I noticed a big knot had been left behind in her coat. This tells me that proper care and attention were not given during the grooming process. When I bring my pet in, I expect a full, thorough grooming with attention to detail — not rushed or incomplete work. Leaving knots behind can be uncomfortable and painful for animals, and it shows a lack of quality and care.

I went to this location the other day and I usually don’t look at the animal or the fishies , oddly enough I did and I was honestly horrified by seeing this tank. First the smell was disgusting and second if you see close enough there’s multiple fishies dead all across the top of the water . Third there was still more fishes slowly dying and going to the top honestly very disgusted about how they clean those tanks since I believe somehow that water wasnt flowing so maybe that’s what caused for all of those poor fishes to die , also I didn’t see a sign and or an employee attending this issue and it was in the morning so who knows how long those fishes just laid there ( usually I don’t do reviews but man this place is horrible )
