However, the scheduling process was frustrating. They are closed Sundays and Mondays, and the available time slots on other days are limited, making it difficult to find an appointment that works with a typical work schedule. The second time I scheduled an appointment, there was a mix-up with the time. I had noted 11:30 in my calendar, but the appointment was apparently for 11:00. When I arrived at 11:25, Claudette greeted me with a passive-aggressive comment: “You’re late; I canceled your appointment. We have other dogs,” before turning and walking away. While I acknowledge that I made a mistake with the time, a courtesy call or text reminder could have resolved the issue. Instead, Claudette’s response came across as rude, and her partner was equally dismissive. No effort was made to reschedule, and the lack of professionalism left a bad impression. I had planned to book regular grooming appointments for the next three months, but this experience changed my mind. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the grooming, and unfortunately, VLP fell short. Thankfully, I found another groomer that accommodated me on the same day and treated both me and my pup with respect. I would not recommend VLP based on this experience. If they don’t address their scheduling challenges and customer service, I imagine others will have similar issues. Excellent outstanding quality service for my doggie Rosie. Been a customer for over 5 years never never had an issue with this professional groomers. They go above and beyond to care for all your loveable doggies and pets needs highly recommend you won't be disappointed! They stay pretty busy so is always highly encouraged to make appointments in advance! Keep up the great work and outstanding service for our doggies VivaLaPouche! :=) Very reasonable prices!

I love Viva La Pooch! I've been going to Odette and Claudia for 7 years now. They are so wonderful and do such a good job! I highly recommend them. My dog LadyBug can't wait to get inside when we arrive, and when I pick her up, she's just beautiful and can't wait to show off her new haircut. I have been to other grooming shops years ago that LadyBug hated and couldn't wait to leave. Viva La Pooch is LadyBug approved!

Wow, what an impressive first time at Viva La Pooch! Very detailed, thorough and friendly. We were nervous our 12 year old shih-tzu would be a tough customer. Within seconds he was wagging his tail and ready for his spa day. Just check out the pictures, this place is awesome!
