(from Google)Our dog loves to visit Horton Animal Hospital Discovery because he knows he will feel better afterwards. Thanks for taking such good care of him!
We had a scary incident with our cat, and we are so grateful for Horton staff. They were quick and were very kind offering us all options, making us feel no pressure regarding options. We were there from 1130-130 ish. The lobby is nice, and the environment and their demeanor put me at ease. I appreciate the coffee, the button to call them back after giving us space to discuss our choices, and the coffee and vending machine. While comfort was not my priority it was nice to not feel like we were in an emergency room waiting. He ended up needing his eye removed. When we picked him up they were very helpful and informative. The bill last night was jarring. They walked us through and gave us options to get through the night with him to see our regular vet, or options for immediate treatment. We opted for immediate. When we picked him up they gave us the itemized receipt and it was significantly lower bill than we were quoted. I am so grateful for this clinic and can’t recommend them enough. Truly a horrible scary night and nothing would make that not so, but Hortons made it as comfortable was we could have been on this situation. 💖
Although my budget doesn't like visiting Horton's Emergency care myself and my pup do. From the receptionist to the nurses to the techs and doctors everyone is genuinely caring and doing their best to figure out what issues my Beau is having. They are friendly, kind and informative.
A sincere heartfelt thank you Dr. Carr and your staff for your tender care when it was hard to make a decision. I will never forget the kindness and compassion you showed me and my partner when we had to let go of my dog Milo last night. Thank you for being able to consult with my own veterinarian over the phone since he was off/on vacation. Thank you for being very clear with diagnosis and for your immediate action. We chose the best outcome together with your expertise. Milo is not suffering anymore and thank you for helping him get to the other side peacefully and everything after to help me be able to take him home and bury him. The whole evening/night staff from the moment I called, walked in the door to bringing the stretcher out to my car, everyone’s kindness, care, love and compassion will never be forgotten in such a tragic time.
I can’t thank Horton Animal Hospital enough for the care and compassion they showed to my 6-month-old Goldendoodle, Sunny. I brought her in on Tuesday because she was very sick, and we soon found out she had parvo. A special thanks to Mallory and Amy for getting everything set up so smoothly and helping us get seen quickly. But I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Cecilia, the head veterinary technician. She went above and beyond—coming out to our car, explaining everything thoroughly, answering all of my questions, and showing such genuine care and concern for Sunny. It’s never easy when your pet is sick, but the kindness, professionalism, and compassion from the entire team made a really tough situation a little easier. I’m so grateful for everyone at Horton Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my sweet girl. 💛🐾
