Took my dog in to be groomed. Not the same person I had last year. Groomer did an awful job. One of my dogs hip and leg did not get groomed at all. I had to help hold her so the groomer could do her face. Clumps of hair still on her. She was very traumatized by the experience. I don’t think her nails were even trimmed. Plus I was over charged.

I took my Yorkie in for a grooming appointment today, and after nearly two hours, I received a call saying they were unable to finish her grooming because she was being “too aggressive.” This was very surprising and disappointing to hear, as my dog has never bitten or even attempted to bite anyone. She is extremely gentle, even around babies and young children, and regularly allows people to pet her, hold her, and touch her paws without any issues. She even gives high-fives on command. I’ve brought her to this location before and never experienced any problems, which made this situation even more confusing. When I arrived to pick her up, I was advised to work on getting her more comfortable with having her paws touched. However, to demonstrate that this was not an issue, I allowed the front desk employee to hold her and touch her paws, and my dog remained completely calm and cooperative. I understand that grooming can sometimes be stressful for pets, but I was disappointed by how this situation was handled and by the lack of communication during the appointment. After an unfinished grooming session, the only resolution offered was a $10 discount. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations based on my previous visits.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Been trying to get an appointment scheduled the last two days for my dogs both times I’ve been put on hold in excess of 15+minutes without the receptionist checking in or anything. I highly recommend Sky work on her customer services skills and show value to the customers (potential) time. If this is how they disrespect you then why trust them with your pet!

I took my one year old Shih Tzu in for grooming today. She has been here several times. Our groomer was April. April did a fantastic job! This little dog is our third Shih Tzu and I believe the haircut that she received today was as good (if not better) than any others. Ask for April. Very happy!

Great store to start. Sometimes prices can be a little higher than I want on some things but they always have great stuff and fully stocked. We got a Kong toy which if you watch the video they fought over one when we have two now. Trevor was the associate working and I was asking about the pythons they have just to get a general idea of how much the start up cost to have one would be. He also helped us get another type of dog chew toy that seems to be good so far. He definitely knows the products of the store and if I ever have a question about anything there I hope he’s there to talk to. Super friendly and positive guy!
