Rue did an awesome job on Ghost!! He looks like a king and let me tell you, a great pyreneese is no easy task to groom. Everyone should come here and Rue should get a promotion. Thank you.

Anthony is the best!! He always takes amazing care of our senior pup Bear. We ask for him every time we schedule a bath and nail trim. We’ve had a great experience with all the groomers here as well, but he is simply the best!

Rue did a fabulous job on my little Yorkie!! She was patient with her since she can be anxious while getting groomed. She did exactly what I asked for and listened to all of my concerns. 10/10!

Katie did such a wonderful job with our girl today!! She looks so beautiful and was very happy when we picked her up. Katie and the other employees in the grooming area were all so kind and helpful. Thank you for pampering our pup!

Good cut, but way overcharged! My dog weighs 6.5 lbs and they charged me $86 for a 30 lb dog. Not only did they overcharge me by weight, but they also tacked on an extra $10 charge for extra brushing fee because of the length of her hair. Yes her hair was about 3 inches long, but it was completely brushed out and did NOT have mats in it. Might I also point out that the service already includes light dematting if she even needed it. There is NO reason they should have charged me for a mini golden doodle when they have toy poodle and even mini poodle options that are more appropriate prices. I tried to bring this to the employees' attention and the cashier at the front snapped at me saying she has nothing to do with it, and when I asked the "main groomer" about it and she said they can't do anything about it because that's how the system charges it. It clearly shows on their website otherwise. I also included a before picture of her puffy but brushed out fur and the fact that she is so tiny( cat for scale)
