Samantha from Embark Dog Training is an excellent dog trainer. She is very professional, and she takes her work seriously. She clearly loves animals, and they respond to her kind nature. Arranging appointments and logistics was easy and hassle free. Samantha was flexible with our schedule, and she was always on time. We have a young high strung female poodle. Samantha quickly taught her the six basic commands as well as giving us the training we needed to help our dog calm down. After the training we were able to apply the tools and techniques that Samantha taught to other areas like riding in the car. Our dog responds quickly to any new training we apply, and she loves showing us she has mastered her training. We cannot thank Samantha enough for all that she did for our dog and us. We highly recommend her and would call her if we ever needed any further training.

Training my puppy inside was fairly easy, however, outside he was reactive and I didn't know how to calmly address his nervousness. Sam helped me teach my dog to walk outside (among other things) without barking/lunging towards cars or people. I will be going to her for any future advice and training. I truly couldn't have done it without her.

Samantha of Embark Training was awesome. She responded very quickly to my initial request always came on time and worked with my daughter and myself and our pup. She demonstrated positive techniques, answered all our questions both while in our house and via e mail when things came up. It was a great experience . We learned many new techniques and our dog adored her!!

My dog Bash was a ball of nervous energy and lacked confidence. I couldn’t get him to listen or learn even the most basic commands. I didn’t know what to do or how to communicate with him! That’s when I found Sam, and I cannot recommend her enough if you are in need of a great trainer for you and your fur baby! My dog and I absolutely love her! Her kindness and compassion really showed in her work with me and Bash. She was knowledgeable, patient, and committed to our success. I really can’t thank her enough for the bond I now have with him!

Being a first time pet owner was a stressful situation for me and my wife, but Sam trained us just as well as our puppy Kobe. Her philosophy worked so well and allowed us to come up with our own behaviors that we could implement ourselves. Now that we have our first baby on the way we can’t wait to have her come and help us even more now!!! Such a great person and company!!!!
