Took my 11 year old baby to Suzy for her first professional grooming. I always just bathed her myself and she was never a fan of her nails being messed with. She did so good! She looks and smells great and was such a good girl for Suzy! Will definately be making this a monthly routine! Suzys compassion for animals and just life in general is out of this world! Will recommend to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about our grooming experience! Suzy took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made sure our girl was comfortable the entire time and updated us during the process. When we picked her up, she looked amazing—clean, perfectly groomed, and clearly happy. You can tell Suzy treats every pet like their own, which means so much to us. The attention to detail, professionalism, and love she shows really is what you want in a groomer. If you’re looking for a groomer you can truly trust, this is the place. Suzy gave my show quality Golden Retriever a full clipper cut, without my permission. A professional groomer should know that clipper cutting a Golden Retriever takes away the insulation from both heat and cold, and the layer of water repellent from the oils in the outer coat. Clipper cutting can cause the outer coat to grow back brittle or chunky. I am very angry and dissatisfied. On top of that, she originally quoted $65 then increased it to $90 before the appointment. I do not know how she achieved a 4.9 star rating. She is obviously not experienced with dual coat dogs. If there is any permanent harm to my dog’s coat I will be seeking damages. It is clear from her response that Suzy is neither apologetic nor remorseful. Her only offer of remedy was half my money back. The photo is evidence of what she did to my dog without my knowledge or consent. As one can clearly see, Samantha has show quality conformation. If Suzy had done this to your AKC Registered Golden Retriever service dog how would you feel?
