Unfortunately we had to bring our Cali girl here to say goodby. It was so hard! The staff was so compassionate, and Sympathetic with our feelings. They gave us all the time we needed to make sure we were ok, and even after when our Cali crossed the rainbow bridge. We got another Dog and we currently bring her to this facility. Dr. Jessica is the one that saw our Cali when we said our goodbyes. She was so nice. The whole staff was and is great! Dr. Jessica sees our Harley now, and we are really happy. Definitely recommend bringing your pet here. Very professional, nice, and compassionate. Definitely want that when you bring your fur baby to any animal hospital. Especially Northern Rhode Island Animal Hospital.

My pup was a nervous wreck, gripping his emotional support ball… Both Dr. Makenzie Gruver and tech Katrina were awesome playing with him until he was comfortable. Nothing like an exciting game of kick the ball to help! We have brought our pets here for decades and know that we will get the care our little friends need!

Dr. B was absolutely incredible with my senior dog, Apollo. She was compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond during one of the most stressful times of our lives. After his cancer diagnosis, every minute felt critical, and Dr. B understood that completely. She personally reached out to another doctor to make sure Apollo could be squeezed in for an ultrasound the very morning of his surgical consultation. By 10:15, the ultrasound was already done, and by 10:45, I had received a personal call from Dr. B with the results. She also made sure everything was immediately shared with the surgeon. Her urgency, communication, and genuine care has meant more than I can put into words. Anyone who has dealt with a cancer diagnosis knows how important time is, and Dr. B has wasted none of it. I am beyond grateful for her dedication and kindness, as well as the entire staff who have helped care for Apollo over the years. Huge shoutout to everyone who has ever assisted with him — he truly is the sweetest old man. Thank you all for treating him with such love and compassion.

We brought our new puppy to Northern Rhode Island Animal Hospital this week and we’re so pleased with the treatment we received. Everyone from the front desk to Doctor Alyssa and her assistant Katrina were so kind and helpful. They spend a lot time giving great care, answering questions and scheduling follow-up. We are very happy to have found such professional veterinary care for our puppy.

The entire team is so incredibly kind and welcoming every time we come in. My pup just got spayed and her incision is so small, and everything went so smoothly.
