First time boarding/ daycare for my 15 year old dog. She did fine…. They told me. I was apprehensive , but am glad she did so well. They must have tired her out…. She’s fast asleep on the couch since I brought her home. She also got a bath. She looks and smells great!

Recently moved to Tomball and was looking for a new groomer, this was my First visit , and was very pleased with the service I received. They listened to my needs and took such good care of my dog. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Staff is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We stopped in for the initial tick and personality test.. Once there, we were given a tour of the facility and an explanation of what our dogs stay would be like. We were very pleased with the facility and how the day today for our dog would go. He has his first stay at Willow Creek Ranch this weekend. I know he will have a super fun time there and I am so happy he not being in a kennel for the duration of our trip.

HORRIBLE experience with this place, I’ve been taking my dogs here for over a year and here is the bottom line. They are nice upfront with young kids probably trained to smile all the time, but the conditions your dog will be in are the opposite in my opinion. My chocolate lab is sick every time she comes home to me from this place, and when they get tired of her hyper personality they say she was being aggressive to other dogs and charge me for a private suite, my dog has been around other dogs for years with other boarding places and she is the sweetest dog around, She would NEVER be aggressive toward another dog. It’s unfortunate they lie and choose money over anything. They have age profiled me in many ways in my opinion, and falsely accused my dog on many occasions and diverted the blame to me whenever my poor baby gets sick from their facility. You’ll see when you take your dog here! Best of luck y’all, stay safe!
