I had a great experience at The Puppy Boutique. The puppies looked happy and well cared for, and the whole place felt welcoming. Aisha and Kim were amazing and did such a great job helping me out—they were kind, patient, and very helpful. Overall it was a really positive visit!

We stopped in just to look and had no intention of buying a puppy… but after playing with a few of them, we completely fell in love with one. We ran home to grab my wallet, came back, and made her part of our family. From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely amazing. You can truly see how passionate they are about the animals — not just ours, but every single puppy there. They took their time, answered our questions, and made the whole experience feel special instead of transactional. Never once did we feel pressured. We also had an unexpected situation come up, and Amber and the team were incredibly supportive through it all. Their care and compassion really stood out. We even brought our baby back in to visit, and once again, the love they showed her did not go unnoticed. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and for a team that genuinely cares about what they do. Highly recommend!

This place was great. The customer service was awesome, I got to see many puppies and all the workers were so informative and eager to answer any questions we had. I would definitely consider getting a puppy from here.

Walked in without knowing we needed an appointment to see a puppy, but Amber was there and she made the whole process easy and she was very strong on communication with us and picking the right for buddy. I highly recommend going here. Environment is 100% clean everything about this place is wonderful and thanks to Amber. We now have a new family member in our family a.k.a. Potter a poodle. Wife and kids were very satisfied as well .also very satisfied with the welcome packet that comes with new puppy.
