Appreciate their helpful staff and the self wash stations are super clean, fully functioning and well-stocked/ organized… makes for easy session…. Doggos look unhappy but I am super happy they are getting clean

We absolutely love this place! We have been to several self dog-washes in the PNW but this is our absolute favorite. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and felt so welcome. We were led into the wash area which was extremely clean and a nice environment with music and lots of natural light. Our baby was noticeably more calm and didn’t end up needing the restraint. He was also nice and high up so I could very easily reach him and the water was perfectly warm which he loved. We opted for the brightening shampoo and had many different choices for soaps. We gave him a double wash and he smells sooo good! They also had conditioner, and offered leave in conditioner spray and cologne. They also gave us brushes, aprons, and towels to use! There was a dryer area too. It was the best self grooming experience we’ve had. We appreciate you! Perfect for apartment dogs :) oh and he absolutely loved the free treat from the amazing workers and the treats we picked up from their store afterward! There is also easy free street parking right out front and the neighborhood is safe to walk your dog around.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, my partner Jessy and I have used Wag N Wash four times total in the last 5 months, 2 in which have been canceled the morning of, our December appointment and the one today. Both times we received a very short text message hours before our appointment saying "have to cancel, very sick, wag n wash". While I am very understanding that people get sick and sometimes appointments get canceled. This is twice in 3 months that they have canceled on us the morning of. When I called this morning to ask what could be done since we made this appointment for a full groom months ago and will be leaving on vacation tomorrow. Brandi explained that all they could do today was a nail trim and a bath, since they dont have anyone on staff who can do a full grooming. Just an idea, but maybe dont book as many people every day if you have consistent call outs and you dont have other employees trained to fill in those spots. Canceling on a client twice in a row cannot be the answer. Also moving forward having a more professional system in cancelling appointments would be beneficial and more appreciated, even if it was just an automated one. A very short text at 7:30am is not the way to do it. We personally will never be back because a 50% successful appointment rate is not something we can count on.

I take my sweet but kinda nervous boy Cooper here for his nails/glands once a month. The entire staff is always so kind, quick and welcoming. They always bring back Cooper looking fresh and relaxed despite his fear of grooming. Big shout out to Nicholas in particular! He was so good with Cooper and just the sweetest human. Thanks Wag n Wash staff! We appreciate you!

I just moved back to Seattle and found my new happy place: Wag N' Wash. Seriously, this self-wash is amazing for big pups. The place is sparkling clean, and getting my dog into the washing stall was a breeze thanks to their dual lead system. They've got all the basic soaps, plus special ones for sensitive skin, and even include leave-in conditioner and perfume – my dog is officially living his best life. They also provide plenty of towels and even headbands for drying! I'll be back every week. It's so much easier (and cheaper) than washing him at home or taking him to a groomer every single week. Parking was easy, and the attached store has awesome treats. We'll definitely be regulars!
