(from Google)One of the best and kindest doctors I’ve ever been at. Bring your pet here they take great care and treat them very good.
I have been taking my cat to Pet Doctor for a couple of years now. At first I loved them! Very personable, sweet people who seemed to care about my baby, until that quickly changed. My cat has had issues with her breathing and coughing for years. Pet Doctor was “treating” her for almost two years with liquid steroids and as of recently a steroid injection. Two days ago I found her with fast stomach breathing, she would not eat, was vomiting, and hiding all morning. I rushed into the Pet Doctor as soon as they opened, hoping the doctor could at least lay eyes on her for 2 seconds to tell me if she needed to go to an emergency vet or if there was anything they could do for her. I was met by the rude, emotionless receptionist who didn’t even look me in the eye as she told me “can’t see her, there’s no openings today. Quickest I could get her in is Friday, I suggest going to an emergency vet”. Not to mention she didn’t even ATTEMPT to go ask the doctor if he even had a second for my cat.. After YEARS of money I’ve given the Pet Doctor, she didn’t even have the heart to try and help my baby who was having issues breathing and CLEARLY could not wait until Friday for help!! Long story short, I rushed her to an emergency vet who was shocked to see how bad my baby’s lungs were and explained to me that her vet should have BEEN pushed for an inhaler and not steroids that were clearly not doing anything for her. I would NOT suggest Pet Doctor to anyone, any longer. Being turned away in such a heartless way truly hurt and I will NEVER trust a place like this with my baby.
Wow, this was the best experience I've ever had at a vet. They really take their time explaining everything. Its obvious they care about animals and people. Thank you so much!
I took my previous dog here oce for emergency and once for end of life. I took my current pup here for parvo and his vaccines. They are amazing no matter what the situation is. They are compassionate and understanding for the people and the pups.
After a friend's recommendation, I decided to try this vet today. First, when I called this morning they were able to fit me in today which was amazing already because my cat had some extremely concerning symptoms. The staff was very friendly and caring. Dr.Syed was extremely thorough, compassionate and took A LOT of time answering all of my questions, and explained everything that was going on to me. Despite having a bad diagnosis for my cat, I felt very educated and heard 100% by the doctor. I never felt rushed, and appreciated his honesty and advice. Side note-They are also extremely reasonable on pricing- for the exam, basic bloodwork(blood sugar test/kidney test), an x-ray and meds was only around $250. Anywhere else like the giant vet offices around would have easily cost WAY more then that. I HIGHLY recommend this office and will definitely continue to bring my pets here.
