(from Google)Will absolutely NOT be coming back to your office. Not sure why you would think he would be after we paid for medication that we could not use/didnt need because the vet wanted to treat him for something he was positive for back in May? Also emiria is not something he would need treated for anyway all it means is he ate poop he was negative for everything including coccidia. When I brought this up the secretary said she would let the doctor know but I still have not heard from the vet herself. All I was offered was to bring in a stool sample to get tested (which should have been done in the first place) but it was going to be another $50? Your absolutely not getting another penny from us. Let's not forget your "nurse" being so tired she was falling asleep standing up while in the room with us🤣 then when that was brought up the secretary again said she knew nothing about it which is fine but that alone is concern enough especially after she gave me EXPIRED medication and also the $100 dewormer we were given (that my dog didnt need in the first place) multiple bottles of those were spilled out in the bag we were given because the lids were not on them correctly and as I told the secretary I feel none of that would have happened if the nurse would have been awake. The vet wasn't a bad person but she definitely does not know what shes talking about and for her to NOT call me concerning all these issues made me definitely even more sketchy about her. I was quoted just a little over $100 for my dog to be seen for a spot on his neck but was brought in almost a $400 bill because they seen something in a stool sample from MAY 6 monthes ago and ran with it. So when I told them I didnt have that type of money they still wanted to treat emiria (which means your dog ate some type of rabbit or avaian poo) they do NOT need to be treated for this. Hence why the other vet never did as I said he was negative for everything including coccidia. Had I know this prior to leaving i wouldn't have let them talk me into the bs. So they said they wasnt worried about the spot on his neck (the whole reason I took my dog in) that they could wait until next visit they needed him to be on this dewormer and also needed his flea and tick med changed and also his food and the whole 9. Everything we were doing for our dog was causing his seizures so it needed changed again thats not why we went there they seen something that could turn into more money and ran with it. So due to one of the meds being expired I was given i had to make a second trip down there the next day then the doctor was busy to talk and I couldn't wait that long to talk to her. I was even told they didnt have the same exact thing i was given so i woukd be charged the difference 🤣 i wouldnt have paid another dime anyway you could have just refunded me for the expired product. So the secretary calls and all of this is said to her on the phone and I haven't heard anything since then. I would not recommend a rat on the street going here. I was one that ignored the Google reviews and still decided to give them a chance but never again. Then they have called and texted the past 2 days wondering if im coming back in. What about the $240 that was already wasted for the first visit? It must be nice to be this delusional to think after all this someone would come back and want more.
best experience for me and my fur babies treated with respect and most bang for buck
Me & my family have been bringing our fur babies here for years! I trust the doctor. She seems very knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m great full we found this place. And it’s actually affordable.
If you want a vet/vet staff that treat you like family and your fur babies, HIGHLY recommend this place! I take all 5 of my fur babies here and have always had Exceptional service. The vet is very knowledgeable, caring, and has an amazing personality. Her staff are very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.
The past two times we have boarded our dog they have quoted us a price then charged us more for vet services they decided to do without our approval or request. I only went with this option because our vet was full for Spring Break. I should have known better. This time they tried to charge us DOUBLE for a bunch of tests we did not approve. Like literally $500 more than quoted. We just wanted to board our dog. ***I asked specifically if there was any additional cost because she is elderly and high maintenance and they said no, they board sick dogs every day. The vet was present when I dropped her off and re-explained her high maintenance needs and said nothing about additional charges.*** My nicer-than-me husband paid the bill but never again. I’m sure we aren’t the only people this happens to. Steer clear for boarding. Edit - I see that they reply to reviews saying they don’t render services without permission. Blatantly untrue. They called us while in Italy to say they’d like to do some “blood work” for about $100 to test their theory that she was on too much seizure medication (they were the ones who had previously prescribed it at that level and has been monitored by another vet for years). My husband said ok. Literally everything else on this bill was done without our permission. Clearly they refuse to accept responsibility for the fact that a little extra communication could resolve the problems that are repeatedly in their negative reviews. If they refuse to learn from their issues hopefully other potential boarders will!
