(from Google)My cane corso puppy has been well taken care of by their team. They went out of their way to respond to my emails when I had questions. Great service
Well I took my fur baby to the banfield fur his wellness check and was totally not happy. They were very slow and when I got their i asked them prices and they told me 26 dollars for rabies shot and 23 dollars for nails clipped never said anything about a Dr . Visit I told them I had 145 to spend on his visit and he had diarrhea still so they gave him some meds fur that and that was 23. Also do when I went to check out I asked them what the bill was going to be and they day said 143.68 wow after I told them I only had 145 to spend.i was so upset and about crying I will never take him back their I will take him to allen vet where they care and charge you what you can afford and we're awesome with tank
From start to finish I do have a few complaints. When I first called I was put on hold for about 20 mins so in that time I scheduled online and hung up. No biggie but a bit frustrating. Initially arrived 10 minutes early for my 4:30 appointment and checked in with a lady that kind of had a flat effect? Also no biggie. We weren’t seen until 5 which was very disappointing and frustrating as we had scheduled at 4:30. Aside from that the ladies who took a look at my cat were absolutely fantastic! They answered my questions, listened to concerns, and genuinely seemed to listen and understand. The recommendations were based in a place of care and not money, we chose what we could afford and have another appointment to follow up/ provide more care. Overall the office part was lacking but the team helping care for the pets was over the top phenomenal!
I can't say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They treated my dog like family, taking the time to explain every step of his care with patience and kindness. The veterinarians are not only knowledgeable, but also truly compassionate, they went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and well-cared for during his visit. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me peace of mind right away. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I know my pet is in the best hands. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for trustworthy and loving veterinary care!
This review is one generated by emotions/feeling because I have not actually received services as of yet and actually cancelled our initial appointment... I was deterred because I felt that my puppy and I were treated awkwardly, as if we weren't welcomed to a certain degree. I could have misread the young lady's demeanor and facial expressions as well as her lack of enthusiasm when she saw me and my puppy. I was given a brochure, which she made sure to point out payment options and any other needed information. I just felt judged and unwelcomed. I even mentioned to her that I'm a first time pet owner and I'm still trying to figure everything out. I can say, that she assisted in correcting my puppy's harness, as I did not have it on properly🤦🏾♀️ he was so afraid, being his first time inside of PetSmart let alone, a vet clinic, that I had to carry my 4.5 month old, super heavy puppy, who is a red nose Pitbull mix name Finn, into the store 😅 To sum it up, I'm sure they are great and maybe that lady was having a bad day, but in any customer service, human or pet, you should ALWAYS render services with a smile or not approach customers until you are able to do so... I was offended but other customers returned my joy by loving and praising my puppy. I forgive that lady and again I could have simply misread her, but I couldn't shake that feeling of her not really wanting to help me🤷🏾♀️ I just feel like I rather have a vet where all of the staff treats my Finny boy with EXCITEMENT and LOVE each and every time we walk through the door so that he and I both feel welcomed.
