I absolutely love this place. They usually have appointments available, unlike other vets. And they have an exotic vet on site. I wish they were open on weekends. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

You won't find better service and proper care anywhere else. My cat has been a patient for a little over 2 years. After experiences I've had at other clinics, I only have enthusiastic praise for this place. Friendliest and most attentive staff ever. I've never experienced wait times and my cat is always well cared for and sent home with the proper treatment. They don't push expensive meds and are flexible with treatment options. I don't trust my pets with anyone else.

My senior cat was having some dental issues, so I had been calling around and wasn't able to get appointments anywhere. My regular vet permanently closed, so I had no one to consult. Got super lucky with this appointment. Absolutely delightful, kind, informative staff, all the way from the front desk staff to the vet techs and the doctors. My senior is not aggressive, but she is very shy and tries to hide at appointments. But she was super relaxed in this exam room! Reasonable pricing as well. Did all her blood work, and then she was scheduled for a cleaning and some extractions. She's been healing up so well. I'm so happy to have found this place! It's hard finding a good vet these days with personable staff and transparent fees, and who provide high quality care to your pets. I plan on making this my home vet for my other cat as well. Dr. Chiang and her staff get a 10/10 from me.

Trust me when I say this is the best Vet in Los Angeles, from the front of desk to techs to Dr. Navia, these guys really go above and beyond to take care of you and your pet. I don’t write reviews ever but I had to because I know how hard it is to find a vet who truely cares for the animals. My fur-babies and I absolutely love SPAH. SPAH sees exotic pets and your typical dogs and cats so I am able to bring both my guinea pigs and my pup. Veterinarians and staff are always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. It always feels so welcoming. All my pets feel at ease when visiting for health check ups. There is some free parking behind the building or you can find some around on the street. In my opinion at this time, prices are affordable for both dog exam visits and exotic exam visits.
