Kayla is amazing. She is the only groomer I could find that was able to groom our Cockapoo puppy because he was so easily distracted by others and excited. He's 9 months now and looks handsome every time he sees her. Thanks Kayla, you're our gal. 👍🏼

Great place love Jen she does so well with our dog he used to be aggressive when grooming but her kindness and calm words towards him really turned him around .

Great place to stop in for a pet nail trim or full groom for your dog. They offer over night boarding in a safe and quiet environment. The staff is warm and friendly

I have a 15 year old husky that has some difficulty standing for long periods of time so I had delayed getting him groomed for probably 5 or so months. They did an AMAZING job deshedding and grooming him.

This was our first time at Otto’s. Lizzy & Jen took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a fantastic job with our Bernedoodle and Irishdoodle! They also gave us a Christmas card, clear ornaments with our pups names and hair clippings inside and adorable bandana’s. Super thoughtful and sweet. Look forward to going back and knowing our doodles will be well taken care of. Thanks again!
