Dr Bryant and staff recognized how super anxious my dog was and completed the exam quickly in the waiting room. They realized that it was more beneficial for my pup to be done quickly than to stay and wait. I appreciated this out-of-the box thinking and putting my pet first. This is the kind of excellence in care that we want for our dogs. Thank you to all the staff who helped us get the clean bill of health done!

Dr. Amy Shelden and her team were outstanding. I needed a same-day appointment at this location because my usual clinic was fully booked for my senior pug’s eye issue, and they were incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They quickly walked me through the possible scenarios and recovery plans, and they were easy to talk to—helping both me and my pug feel calm throughout the visit. If I lived closer, I’d make this my primary clinic. I highly recommend this vet!

Love going to City Vet each time I take each of my cats there. They are so friendly and welcoming and whenever I have an emergency they’re very fast at getting me in and I can text them through their message center if I have a question about an issue with one of my animals. Dr. Bryant Is the most caring veterinarian that I’ve had and I followed her from her past city vet location because I love the way she treats my kitties. I drive 45 minuets just to bring my cats to see Dr. Bryant and her AMAZING TEAM! Highly recommend going to City vet Coppell

I have a golden retriever and this was her first time being groomed outside of the PetSmart chain and they did SO WELL!!! I will never go anywhere else now. My girl came back happy, smelled amazing, and looked the best she’s ever looked with her fresh new haircut. We adore this CityVet🫶 Millie and I love the staff and will be back!
