This place is beautiful. All the sites are surrounded by a full hedge, picnic table, fire pit. Yes we paid a few dollars extra to get full hook-up but it's so worth it. Hosts are very nice, the park is manicured and looks beautiful. Oh my gosh I have to tell you this- the shower's are HEATED!! no joke. Some parks do not heat there bathrooms and it sucks when it's in the 30's. It's so worth taking the time to visit. We will be back. Thanks everyone for a great stay. Oh one more thing, they actually RECYCLE their trash. Thank you & I'm for all the parks State and County to recycle. Put the money back into the park, better than the dump.

I stopped to see all the beaches between Brookings and Gold Beach. This was one of the largest sandy beaches, with thousands of logs that had come from the rivers. People had made a fort and lots of families around. The path was easy to follow down to the beach.

Beautiful state park and campground at Harris Beach! A mixture of full hookups, water + electric, and rustic sites. Most are very generous spaces with vegetation surrounding for privacy. The bath houses are well equipped and maintained. Loved having a fire ring for the evenings. Great little beach at the park with interesting rock formations and tidal pools. There are some walking trails and the campground is close to Brookings (only 15 min walk to town). Will definitely come back here when we are next on the Oregon coast!

We have been here twice and camped in a tent in C6 and C8- 6 is best! This campsite has always been full of good natured people and families and the amenities are wonderful as well as the rangers and hosts. I think you will love it as much as we do. It does get very damp on the coast so be sure to bring a water proof tarp for over your tent!! The beach is amazing with lots of sea-life to discover and rocky trails to climb. Highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful little spot to spend some time at the beach. Seems to get a little crowded at sundown as people enjoy the view. We used the day use area several times over a few days and accessed a different part of the beach each day. Found star fish and other marine life at low tide. Family friendly. Flushable toilets and picnic benches. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and it wasn’t too crowded.
