Ironmaya always does a wonderful job grooming our maltese, Oreo. He comes home looking new. He loves the Upland location. Its hard to find great groomers… happy dog and customer! Thank you Ironmaya

Update: I have had 2 pretty bad experiences here. Although the owners have corrected one monetarily, I don't think I can return. Mellow atmosphere, Nick was calm. The groomer did an excellent job with his grooming. Sam at the front desk is kind and caring. I got there early (I had the time wrong) and she took him in... he didn't even notice when I left. Thank you!

Taking our Murphy to Ironmaya was the bestest decision we’ve ever made. Everyone is welcoming. The waiting area is tidy and clean.The open floor plan allowed us to look in while Murphy is being groomed One thing we value the most is costumer service starting from the very friendly and professional front desk to the back. They make sure to correct the problem right away and note it down for future reference. Parking is not a problem. Tap to pay is available. Texting as a form of communication is also being practiced. First time at Ironmaya they were great setting something up that worked for my schedule. When I came in today the atmosphere of the place was great it was very clean, professional and such great hospitality. They met all my dogs needs and he looks so awesome. Thank you I’m definitely coming back ❤️
