The Dog Bakery - Fresh Baked Treats & Dog Birthday Cakes

Hate to rate places with bad reviews but got some treats for my dog and they were rock hard. I didn't think much of it so I mashed it up a bit to give to my dog. After eating the treat my poor dog had terrible gas and explosive diarrhoea all night/morning. Not sure if they were old or what the case was but just be careful. After reading some other reviews, I see some people had the same experience.

DO NOT BUY the little cakes they have in the fridge, if you care for your dog, first of all, those cakes are HARD LIKE ROCKS and they made my Frenchy very sick. She had diarrhea and horrible gas all night long shame on these people for selling old nasty cakes. I wonder what they put on there, but they should be ashamed of themselves for selling things like that to our fur babies.

I had an overall unpleasant experience at this dog bakery. I was helped by a tall female with dark hair whose attitude and energy were completely off from the start. When I tried asking a few simple questions, she responded with attitude as if I was bothering her. It made the entire interaction uncomfortable. After placing my order, I was told it would take about 20 minutes. When I returned, thankfully, I was greeted by someone else who was much nicer and more welcoming. However, the same individual from earlier soon came back, and the atmosphere instantly shifted again. She didn’t check to confirm if my cake was correct or offer any acknowledgment. I’m not sure what her issue was, but her behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly. If this is how customers are treated, I would never want to come back. Management should seriously evaluate her customer service approach because no one deserves to be greeted or treated with that kind of hostile energy.

It was OK. We got a birthday cake for my puppy who turned 1 year old. The cake was hard like a rock. My puppy didn't really like it. We had to soak it in water for her to even eat it.

We have been purchasing these cakes since 2020. We cannot be more thrilled with the delivery service!! My dog loves his birthday treats and we love the fun seasonal treats too. They come packaged so beautifully and it’s always so sweet to see how excited he is for his cake. Very tasty and always on point!
