(from Google)I always use this tractor supply because it’s close to my house. But tonight I went there with a problem with cold-weather bibs that I bought for work. I tried to go through Carhartt, but they were giving me the runaround. I called up and spoke to the manager, Victor, One of the nicest guys I have ever encountered. He helped me out tremendously. As a father of 3 and a sole provider for my family he really took care of me. Stuff like that usually never happens to me. Him and his staff were so nice even when I called on the phone they were courteous and took care of me. I was in and out of the store within five minutes and couldn’t have been happier! Thanks again tractor supply especially Victor and his staff!
I love this store. employees are so helpful and friendly. I love that we can. ring our dog in tje store with us and the free bathing of the dogs too. I love how much you can shop for here so diverse.
Honestly, I never write a review but I figured for once, this warrants one. I rescued a 4 week kitten with no mother from a trailer park a month ago, I knew this would come with issues. I brought her to the tractor supply vet clinic pop up for her 8 week shots. The ladies that greeted us were very nice, we were cracking jokes, chatting and loving my little kitten. The doctor herself was lovely, I didn’t catch anybody’s name but wow I wish I did. Obviously, the assistant will hold the kitten by the back of the neck on her side for her shots. When they let my cat up, a flea was on the white towel. In no way am I invalidating fleas, I understand that they’re gross and what not, but she’s a baby, and also an indoor/outdoor cat BY CHOICE.. which I specified. The assistant, a light skinned lady with red hair, grabbed my 2 pound kitten with full force and full skin by the back of the neck so hard her eyes were practically out of her head, held her up in ABSOLUTE DISGUST. She was scoffing saying “This ‘thing’ has fleas. Are you kidding me right now?!” I was astonished. She shoves my kitten back into the crate all the way to the back of it and tries jamming the door shut. At this point I am like.. woah sister it’s gonna be okay. She’s in full scrub with her hair down?! Compared to everyone else also in full scrubs with their hair UP. She starts violently spraying the alcohol on the single flea on the table that it’s just splashing everywhere. She walks behind me, starts checking her scrub outfit with a flash light on her phone just scoffing repeating “Seriously?! “You’re kidding” “Cmon bro.” I check out and the ladies are apologizing for my visit. I’m sick over this. What terrible behavior from somebody who chose that profession?! I hope she has 0 intention of moving further in this profession. Her behavior was ridiculous to me, as if i KNEW my black and white long haired kitten had fleas and i set them up? Just wow.
Shopped your store today around 1:30. Very pleasant experience with the casier and a great sales person who went out of his way to helped me find the 8x10 tarp I was looking for. The one exception was the sale person a young man with redish hair working the desk in the middle of the store. He was to busy and seemed annoyed that I was asking him a question.
I called for a specific item, they had it, put it aside for me and when I got there, it was waiting for me! Thank you very much. I did walk thru the entire store, picked up another item. Well stocked and friendly staff.
