My dog was really sick and I thought I'd have to put him down. They diagnosed him and fixed him! They're bilingual and the whole staff was super friendly!

After paying for a $1000 dollar operation and telling us that it all depends on the surgery, not calling to inform us after the status of surgery as we were told and saying that she was stable. Only to say that she’s not going to make it another. Again this is after we were told that the surgery was a success and that was the only thing depending on her life. They never called and most of the time it was me calling. She had to be put down the next day. I lost my 9 year old German shepherd after promised other wise.

Beware of this vet Clinic! They charge you for unnecessary things. They do procedures without asking for your permission and then charge you for it. They administer vaccines without approval and without giving you any valid proof of vaccination. And as if that wasn't enough, the groomer knick cut my dog’s leg when grooming him without telling us about the accident. We only found out about it when we got home, while petting and playing with him.
