Upstate Pet BnB- Your Pet's B&B

I do not recomend this place for boarding if your pet has health issues. They guaranteed they would have no problems giving my dog her heart meds daily and they totally dropped the ball and did not give them to her for most of her 12 day stay. At emergency clinic hoping my pet can get better. They gave me no reason why she didn't get her meds.

Our pup loves Caroline, Kelsey and all the staff at Upstate Pet BnB, and it’s clear all of them love dogs. Pup gets excited every morning when it's time to go to “school,” and comes home tired. We’ve taken advantage of the training Caroline offers — both for our pup and to help us reinforce what she's learning. After just a few weeks, her manners have dramatically improved, she recalls immediately when off leash. We also use the grooming services to keep our Bernedoodle looking and feeling great. Pet BnB is all-around wonderful. Our pup is happy, and we’re thrilled.

I trust no boarder or daycare the way I trust Pets BnB. Caroline is truly passionate about dogs. Her time and commitment to the happiness, health, and care of my dog is unparalleled. The facilities are clean, you can purchase treats and toys, there are themed weeks/days with fun activities, and you can customize your dog’s experience. My dog gets so incredibly excited to come here and darts right to her door. If that’s not a sign about her comfort and happiness here, I don’t know what possibly could be! My pup has been going to Caroline since I adopted him. He absolutely LOVES her and her facility!! Her knowledge and training has been instrumental in his growth process. So happy and thankful to have found a place we can truly call home! He just can’t get enough of Caroline and his pup friends!! Highly recommend!! You and your pup won’t be disappointed!

My pup gets so excited every time I bring her to daycare! She has so much fun with the other pups and she is in the best hands! Grooming is also fabulous here and a great price! Pics are before and after grooming!
