Grooming By Jess

My dog Liliana is a small Maltese mix and unfortunately had matted fur. I brought Lili to her and my goodness she did something wonderful with my doggie. She was so delicate with her and lili had no razor rash or anything!! Jess is amazing!

Used Jess when she was downtown Wilmington for my long haired Tibetan terrier and she worked miracles. Been a few years, but our anxious senior Australian cattle dog was developing mats and needed a good deshedding. Jess was quick to respond with an appointment and now Rascal looks like a new dog! A high quality service at a reasonable price!! Thanks!!

We have been going to Jess since we moved to NC in 2018! She takes such good care of our two pups! There's no one else we would rather trust than her! She is a wonderful person as well! :)

I started taking Pogi to Jess when he was a puppy. Pogi has black nails, and black fur and his nails are not the easiest to file. Jess ALWAYS makes Pogi feel relaxed and calm (even when he is being anxious). She has never gone too short on his nails. Super friendly, always so nice, and very professional. If you are looking for a spot to take your pup this is the place! I've taken him multiple times to her, and it's always a great outcome! Also love the filing of the nails versus clipping, they don't come out sharp or anything!

Very friendly service! It was a hot day when I brought my dog to get his nails trimmed. They offered him some water and a cookie after the trimming. Quick in and out in less than 10 minutes!
