Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa is the absolute BEST place to bring your pet for grooming OR boarding! We've been bringing our fur friend to Carrie for 5 years for grooming (she is AWESOME), but truly every groomer there is AMAZING! (I know, because I used to groom! ;) We have also brought him for boarding and the technicians are friendly, love their boarders and send updates on how your pet is doing. They treat every pet as if it is the only one there! Our boy has to have medications daily and a special diet and the technicians administer them both correctly! He loves to visit and comes home unstressed, so we can relax on any trip we take! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

First time boarding my puppies and it went great! The staff texted me updates on the pups and spent plenty of time with them. I have also used their grooming services. They are great and very affordable. Update: I have now been going there for 4 months and everything they do fantastic work. The staff are great and the dogs love going to see them.

I am so blessed I have found this place. Amazing employees that would keep me updated on how my dog is doing when I am gone. I definitely would recommend this to anyone! They deserve to have 100 🌟!! Very trustworthy place! ❤️🙏🏻

The ladies here are the best! They took care of both of my very elderly pups until the very end and with extreme care. Even boarded one (when she was my last) and kept her with them in the office because she had dementia and they didn’t want her confused in the kennel. They now care for my new puppy and are patient and gentle and loving with him too! I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for my kids!! And they are affordable. ❤️ they even send photos and videos when you’re away and boarding.

Our Frenchie, Turk, LOVES coming to Twin Lakes for boarding or grooming! They communicate well are attentive, loving, and so caring towards their clients! I love the random pics of him playing outside to let me know he’s good! Huge plus. I won’t send him ANYWHERE else. 10 stars!
