Owner is super passionate about animals. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and treat each animal as if it is her own. The store is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. My dog loves to visit and chose from the wide variety of healthy treats. I highly recommend you visit and check out all the rescue animals she showcases for adoption.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. To be clear, this review is not about the groomer, as I never had the opportunity to see their work. My review is strictly about the receptionist and front desk communication, which was below acceptable standards. I scheduled a grooming appointment in person a week earlier for December 16 at 12:00 PM, after unsuccessful attempts to book through Facebook messages. When I arrived a little early, I was told that my appointment had been canceled. The receptionist stated that she had called several times and left a voicemail. However, I never received any voicemail, nor did I receive any missed calls, text messages, or emails. She did call me after I had already left the shop, but I was driving at that time and could not return the call immediately. I later received automated emails asking me to register and provide vaccination records, but no actual message explaining the cancellation. We like our neighborhood and truly want to support local businesses, which is why we chose a local groomer. Unfortunately, the lack of communication made this experience very frustrating. As someone who works with clients myself, I find this level of customer service at the front desk extremely unprofessional. With the Christmas season, most groomers are fully booked, and now we have no option to get an appointment before the holidays. I planned to make a purchase, but I will not be returning.

Kate is an excellent groomer and such a sweet , gentle woman. She groomed our Havanese puppy , which was not an easy task, but he was a good boy with her because she was so good at handling him. He looked gorgeous after his groom. We are very happy we found her!
