It's awesome. Really wish I discovered this place sooner. Staff are super helpful and the park is pristine.

It’s a nice park with a playground, trails and lookout tower. The kids love the trees so that’s usually where we spend most of our time.

Pleasantly surprised by Edward Medard Park! In the heart of Florida strawberry country 🍓❤️ They had recently done some renovations, new asphalt and paint, and site upgrades. Sites are a good size, ours had shell base and good tree cover. Clean bathrooms and showers. Wonderful pier for viewing and fishing, and plenty of gators in the Medard Reservoir. Boat ramps are currently closed unfortunately due to water levels. Safe night access for campers with a card-access security gate. We'll definitely be back!

My first time in these 9 years to visit this wonderful place. Shelters around the lake, beachball court, parking, restrooms. Very clean maintenance. Will really plan my future parties here. grill areas were there

Im obsessed. I love how much has been preserved. Trees are great. Riding our bikes was so fun. I will say we got scolded a couple of times for riding our bikes but we understood why, we didn’t read the signs but they weren’t as obvious to us as we were acting like children on how excited we were with the nature. A suggestion: Maybe some more educational discussions with newbies at the front gate could be useful to prevent any misunderstandings. It would also help us feel more connected to the guidelines and be more in the same page. It would be nice if the park workers waived and smiled. They seem annoyed by people a bit. I think there’s a disconnection for whatever reason but hopefully there can be more awareness of why this is? I’ll be back and I’m so happy this is just 15 minutes from me.
