I’m super frustrated about the lack of clarity on their self grooming station. I’ve been going to Chuck and Dons for about a year now doing my own washes, but the NE location has been quite difficult. Every time I come in they seem to change their policy on when the self grooming station closes. The other day it closed 30 mins before the store closed— ok, no problem. I show up an hour and 15 mins before closure the next day and they claim it closed an hour beforehand. Can someone please tell me exactly when this closes?!

Just got a new dog who is a big chewer, which is new for us, so I went in to figure out what I should get. Lucky for me, Killian was working and saved the day. Killian was patient and thorough, but incredibly efficient, answering all my questions and walking me through all the options that fit my needs. They were so helpful, I went back today after my dog loved the options they recommended the first time. If you have questions, ask for Killian! Can't recommend them enough.

Let me tell you, BagOfSugar is a reached English cream golden who I renamed and has turned out to be the Best Dog Ever. She was groomed and knew it was Spa time, she came out looking like a princess and she knew it. She is so loved by everyone. She was walking around the neighborhood and people always ask if they can pet her, I can tell she is so proud of her grooming she had by the way she takes me for those sniff I will walk this way if you don’t mind walks. Thank you so much she is groomed to perfection and I know she feels great about it. Northeast Chuck&Dons thank you so much for taking such great care of her when she is there. We now have Soapy and had so much fun at the event

Knowledgeable and friendly. I bring my dog and cats here to get their nails cut. Of course, none of my critters are thrilled but the staff makes the process quick and painless. You can tell they all have love for peoples pets. They get treats and I dont have to have a wrestling match in my living room. A win for everyone.
