(from Google)This was 1st time using them and my 1st ear cropping of my doberman and i didn't know there was different styles i just thought short, medium or long so i looked at a few pictures and picked a medium crop but gave a shape different than the pics and to me they nailed it and man they are all really nice, friendly and answered all my questions patiently and with a smile, miss angel had very few scabs and healed very nicely so very happy and impressed, she took stiches out and was very thorough on explaining the posting and the picture in the grass was 5 days after stiches came out and I removed her post, and on bed is now 3 weeks with me posting, I really hope this helps everyone im not a professional but I tell the truth
The staff here are kind and we are able to get the regular services done for our dogs. Cost seems average and they provide the breakdown on the receipt. Expect to see a different techs and vets here each time you come as there seems to be a bit of staffing turnover when you only come once or twice per year.
Grateful rates, nice staff. Do mail order medications through VetSource! Surgery was 1/2 the cost VCA quoted us.
Great front desk support and caring staff. The doctors always show extended care and really take time to evaluate and listen to my concerns, even on a busy weekend! I highly recommend this Animal Hospital.
I’ve consistently had wonderful experiences at Town & Country. I have found that they take my concerns about pet’s health seriously and always do their due diligence to understand their health and needs- even when I’ve been brushed off by other vets. I’ve also never once felt pressured into doing an unnecessary procedure, or indeed anything that was not in my pet’s best interest. The from the techs and the veterinary doctors are clearly motivated by a love for pets and a passion for their care. I can feel the kindness and compassion radiating off them during my visits, even though I don’t have the most cooperative pets in the world, haha. I’ve experienced everything from routine health checkups to emergencies to end of life care, and Town and Country has provided top quality service every time. Special note that they’re an amazing choice if you, like me, have a retired racing greyhound. They have a lot of experience in their care and in particular their special requirements for anesthesia for veterinary surgery. I’ve referred multiple people to Town and Country, and each and every one of them has given me the same feedback: that they can’t believe they stuck with their old vet as long as they did, that hey felt listened to for the first time, and in at least one case they managed to resolve an issue that had been plaguing a friend’s cat for almost a decade that multiple other vets couldn’t. I give Town and Country my highest recommendation- I think that anyone should feel fortunate to have our beloved animals under their care. My cats Trill and Persimmon and my dog Penny appreciate it… even if they aren’t at their best during their visits ;)
