(from Google)Such a beautiful preserve. Great trails. Well maintained. Even when the parking lot seems full the experience is still awesome. (Near the train trestle, don't get confused. 27 Frost Mill Rd if maps gives you another address). Enjoy!
Easy parking available in a big lot. So many cool trails to hike There’s a wetland area and some more wooded spots. Beautiful maintained trails. So much nature, quiet and tranquil. Bird watching, little rivers, Big Trees . Great hidden Gem in Locust Valley, Long Island is so Beautiful. So much greenery. Free Trail !! Go check it out . Enjoy the Day !!!
Often took nature walks to the lake. My class years ago collected 3 frogs and than released them back into the wild. Should visit this place, it's special when you go in the springs
Beautiful and easy trails. There’s a wetland area and some more wooded spots, all are beautiful. There’s easy access parking, and benches along some of the routes in case you need a break. Very well maintained and a great spot!
The parking lot is quite large. No dogs are allowed. Interpretivbe signs show bird of eastern North America and wildflowers of New York State. Different trails lead deeper into the preserve.
