Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort

More like negative vibes. Pet care kicked out my puppy due to lack of accountability for their own actions. They made the mistake of charging me something that was not in my agreement or even at least mentioned. I understand that my dogs nails were long but it’s the responsibility of the place to call the owner and advise that the nails needed to be trimmed. It’s their own fault that the new agreement did not say anything about this concern. Since I stood up to them that it was THEIR MISTAKE, my puppy is no longer welcome.

I tried my best to establish long-term services with this place, but there were too many inconsistencies. I don’t have a complaint on their quality of work. They do a good job. But they do need better communication and consistency. They’re not very clear about the things they need and they tell you at the last minute. Boarded my dogs there and wasn’t told that they needed specific records until I was no longer there, being that I had called three times throughout that week To ask specific questions about boarding. I had also left clear instructions for grooming and received two calls stating that I never left any instructions. Then I scheduled an appointment for grooming, but was called the day of with cancellation saying they couldn’t accommodate. They definitely need to have better communication amongst themselves and with the clients.

Pawsitive Vibes is the best place to send your cat! This was the first time I couldn't leave my cats with a relative or friend while out of town, and I was really anxious about boarding them for a week. However, after I toured the cat facilities, I knew this was where I wanted to send my babies. The cat room has multiple towers, toys, and huge windows, which are perfect for cats who like to be on "watch duty." I opted for the photo package and received daily photos and videos of my cats. It gave me peace of mind to know they were able to be with each other throughout their stay. I noticed a big difference in the photos sent to me on day one versus day three. This was especially true for my anxious cat, who I was most nervous about sending to a boarding facility. On day one, she looked shy and was tucked away in her cat tower, but by day three, she was her normal self, comfortably exploring and interacting with the staff. I had such a pleasant experience with Pawsitive Vibes that I'll definitely be using their services again!

Five Stars – A Tail-Wagging Experience! I recently brought my three pups—Maxi, Hazel, and Luna—to Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff—led by the wonderful manager Michelle—made us feel right at home. Michelle was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about making sure every pet gets the best care possible. She’s hands on over all great I can tell she’s a great leader to her crew. Maxi, Hazel, and Luna each got a full spa day, and they came out looking and smelling amazing! Their coats were shiny, they were all smiles (and wags), and I could tell they felt pampered and relaxed. The team was so gentle and attentive with each of their unique personalities, which really meant a lot. Thank you, Michelle and the entire Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort team, for treating my fur babies like your own. We’ll absolutely be back for more paw-some visits! Paws down, the best dog spa around!

Absolutely best place for my fur baby. This is the first time leaving my baby, and with ongoing medical issues, I can count on Pawsitive Vibes. All the staff and environment are the best. Rebel had another great boarding with his friends at Pawsitive Vibes. Every picture, my baby is happy and excited. I am left at ease knowing rebel is being cared for while i am away.
