Barker Heights Bed & Biscuit

This place is amazing every time I pick my cat up he is very vocal and happy. The team takes good care of my fur son. I trust them with my fur baby super friendly staff. I do not know everyone’s name but Michelle, a female, and the young man that work there are amazing. My baby always comes home happy and the communication is great. If you are looking for a place to board your furchild this place is a great place.

I left out of state for over a week knowing my elderly cat was in safe and loving care here. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is super clean and welcoming. They are extremely thorough with pet routine and how to approach your pet even if they are really shy. A gentleman came out holding my old girl who usually is scared of other people, and he was so gentle and patient with her. Our pets are our family, and at Barker Heights they treat them like family, too.

Since moving to Harker Heights, we've been so grateful to find a place like barker heights for our dog. We've used their services a few times now, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about caring for all animals especially dogs. Our dog always gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot, a sure sign that he’s happy and well-treated while we’re away. The facility is clean, secure, and welcoming, and I love knowing he’s getting lots of attention, playtime, and love while we're gone. It gives us real peace of mind every time we travel. If you're looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable place for your dog in the Harker Heights area, I can’t recommend them enough. We're so glad we found them!

We have used this facility at least 1-2 times a year for close to 10 years (if not longer) for our fur babies. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. I reserve the same type of room each time that allows my baby to go outside into a personal fenced-in yard. This is the only facility we have ever used and we feel very comfortable leaving them here.

Our puppy, Mollie, has a great time coming here for doggie daycare and for periodic boarding. The staff did a great job caring for some hot spots last time she stayed for a week. They were almost gone when we picked her up. She’s always happy to get to go see her friends 😊
