Cascade Meadow Wetlands

Impressive trial I had never found before. a chilly and windy day but very pleasant and quiet to be just myself. a nice loop around a small pond area intended for wetland and probably some flood control of just 1-hour walk.

Great place for a walk. We rarely see more than 1 other person there.

Walked there with my 2 boys today. Pretty if you can ignore the hwy traffic and various buildings surrounding this little prairie remnant. Good signage to ignite talks about why there's not much native prairie left with the kids.

The Scouts from Pack 496 came here and they had a blast! The nature walk was fun. We even saw a snake!

It's pretty but they won't let you use the bathroom unless you're part of an event there. But it's for the 'Community'.
