2nd time in a row online orders don't get fulfilled or delivered... placed at 12:45 its 6pm and nothing. I always come in and for me to place it for delivery I have a very busy day and actually need the help. The excuse is oh we've been so busy no one has had time to pull the order.. I come here 2-3x a week depending on how fast we go through stuff . After 6 years i know this store and for 5 hours to not be able to pull 3 bags of cat treats and 10 cans of wet food.. and then be told to busy.... the fact is the staff didn't do there job and I spend between on avg about 500 a month between dog food, bones, cat food for my home and for another friend. I will not be returning anymore and going to Hollywood feed because they will actually pull it and deliver it when you are needing the extra help.

I am completely happy with the way my schnauzers groom went today. I asked for a Puppy Cut and he is gorgeous. I know there was a lot of scissor work of his feet and legs and he was perfect. I have had many groomers over his 10 yrs and this lady was perfect.

Disappointed this time. Wow! I dont know what happened. I had been bringing my cocker, Winnie for awhile for grooming. Always more than happy. I dont know what happened this time. She has bad dandruff issues so I always bring my own shampoo This time brought her at 10am. But around 1:30, I was goi g to be in the area so I dropped in. I was told to give her until 2:30 or 45. So I left to do some shopping. It was the long that I received a text that she was ready. When I got her in the car, I noticed her dandruff was really bad and that her shampoo was not used. I knew this because there wasn't alot in the bottle to begin with and none was used. Her fur was dull and she didn't smell clean. The haircut was not up to standard for my groomer either. I brought her home and gave her a bath with her shampoo. She smelled good and was nice and shiny and dandruff was gone. What the heck???

Great place for our dog and two cats! We shop here 99% of the time. We have prescription dog food that we have to go elsewhere for. But love the folks at Pet Supplies Plus!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, just like family!

My experience at this location was above average, but the aquarium section was a bit below par. It was like a Finding Nemo outtake, with dead fish floating about and dirty tanks. Other than that, the store was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this location, but maybe skip the aquarium section.
