The Pond Restaurant

Placed an online order with the qr code that is posted all over the establishment. After 40 min went to pick up online order. The person behind the bar said she had nothing to do with online orders and that I had to talk directly with the cooks. Cooks also stated they have nothing to do with online orders and then informed me my order hadnt been started. After waiting another 20 min for order I asked to cancel. They said it would be 2 more minutes. After another 10 min I finally got my order. The entire time the lady behind the bar made excuses as to why the order was never started and stated she had nothing to do with online orders. I would have been happier if they just apologized and said they didnt do the order. Not one time did they take accountability. They even blamed it on door dash. When I didnt even place the order with door dash. I placed it directly through their website. There was no way to cancel the order through their website or I would have just done that.

Gunner was awesome!! I ordered two pond signature margaritas and babyyyyyyy they were hitting!! They were so good! Will definitely be back just to have Gunner make my drinks again! Good vibes and good customer service!!

Outstanding atmosphere with great music and Jason & Stephanie went about and beyond to make it pleasant for everyone.

My family and I had an Amazing time at The Pond. We had so much fun playing sand volleyball. The staff Jenny & Angela did an excellent job. I highly suggest tasting the Pond Punch slushy drink and the wings & fries. Great vibes.

Miss Jenny and the bartending staff were excellent! Great service and very friendly. Made us custom drinks when we wanted and the food was solid. Thanks for having a bar at Mad Frog! Makes tournament days go by so much quicker
