So many red flags -- what was I thinking? The website has no photos of their facility interior. The sheer volume of dogs barking nonstop (not running and playing but stationary, apparently in cages from what other reviews have said) throughout the entire dropoff process -- along with the heavy stench of urine -- was a big red flag. When I arrived to pick up my dog, they were closed despite the receptionist having told me they would be open at that time on Sunday. The dogs were again barking nonstop -- this must be so stressful for dogs staying multiple days. This is the first boarding place I've taken my dog that didn't first require any kind of trial daycare visit/temperament check. It sounds from other reviews like the dogs are left in a cage all day, so now that makes sense. Even prior to dropping my dog off, I was never able to get in touch with the business via phone. They booked the reservation digitally without any questions. When I tried to call on the Sunday I was picking him up, of course there was again no answer. And when I returned the next morning to get him, the dogs were again barking frantically. This is not a place that someone should ever bring an animal that they care about. I was wooed by the proximity to the airport and the price, and my poor dog suffered the consequences.

So disappointed. We have used them several times and we always assumed our dog was being socialized. Today, we found out the truth. If you are charged $48 for the day, your dog is put in a cage with NO playtime and no interactions with other dogs. We had no idea this is what our dog was going through. When we picked up our dog today, he was dehydrated and visibly stressed. Now, we understand why. To top it off, the woman at reception was unprofessional and had a very sour disposition, telling me my dog could look through her cage at other dogs playing, as if that was something I would want to hear. Then, instead of putting my dog's leash on correctly, she literally wrapped it around his dog, choking him. We will NEVER return and I will be sure to tell fellow dog owners what happened.

The ladies here are always pleasant and I usually deal with Shelby, she is always a pleasure to talk to. My pups seem happy on pick up and now on drop off they recognize the staff and do not even look back when going thru the gate. We are very pleased with the service here and enjoy seeing the pictures on FB of all the pups having fun. Maybe a live feed is in the future? but overall I am glad we found this place. Bonus plug, the location near the airport has been an absolute convenience.

I've been taking my dogs here for several months now and they love it. The staff is so friendly to humans and pets. I have a dog that is really timid but when she sees that we are on our way to daycare she lights up, it didn't take many visits for her to get comfortable with the staff. I love that the staff takes pictures of the dogs so I can see my dogs playing and having fun, they always come home exhausted for at least the next 24 hours, it's great exercise for them. Prices are great, we love getting the daycare packages to save a little extra money.

The ladies there were very sweet. Seems as though my pup had a good stay. He was boarded for the weekend at a very reasonable price. My only concern was the smell of him after his stay. (Gave me a headache) I wasn’t so worried bc I booked him an appointment at his groomer shortly after his stay. Overall I would consider taking him back on late notice stay.
