Tom's Tavern (Northdale)

Folks that come in are cool but the staff are insufferable people, some of the most unfriendly bartenders I’ve ever encountered, I went in today and I had my drink grabbed and poured out by staff because of how much I tipped. Which is unsatisfactory behavior for a bartender. End of story. As a service worker myself these are some of the most undisciplined employees I’ve come across. Absolutely childish.

I had such a great experience thanks to Nadia. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. The drinks were spot on—perfectly balanced, creative, and made with skill. What stood out the most was their personality—friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell they take pride in their craft and in making sure everyone has a great time. Easily one of the best bartenders.

Every time I come in, Nadia is the highlight of Tom’s Tavern! She’s always smiling, full of great energy, and makes the whole place feel welcoming. She’s the kind of person who turns a regular night out into a great time. Tom’s is lucky to have her!

Naudia my bartender was one of my favorite bartender’s in Tampa. She was so welcoming and informative about the whole entire menu. I was considering going home but this girl gave me the most welcoming energy. She explained the whole menu and even gave me some suggestions about the Tampa area. I would come back to this bar specifically for Naudias service.

No military discount, but a Groupon was available. Cozy bar, friendly staff, interesting mounts on the wall. Cook has developed an awesome deep fried cuban, which may border on sacrilege to cuban connoisseurs, and it was awesome!
