Marlene's Dog Grooming

Don't take your pet here,I pick up my dog after shampoo and haircut and she didn't act right when I got her home she could barely walk like she was drugged We called them up and they said they don't do that I don't believe them at all I thought I was going to loose my pet...Thank God today she is a %100 today...I believe they drugged her so beware

STAY AWAY!! Sent our dog in perfectly fine. Picked her up in an hour and she was still wet and acting off. When we got home she collapsed on the floor couldn’t walk and shortly after defecated on herself. We called to ask if she was given anything and they told us she had a seizure while she was there and they cut her hair after that she’s fine just give her some food and water. SHE HAD A SEIZURE AND THEY DIDNT CALL AND STILL CUT HER HAIR AFTER! How sick!! They need to be shut down!!!!

Terrible left my dog cut up gave him no fur left him with a huge cut he keeps limping my dog just kept whimpering he was in pain we had to pay extra in the vet because all his cuts don’t recommend this place for your pets or dog I mean this it’s so shit it smells also and all dusty and dirty in the inside she left my dog in pain and completely ignored what I asked for with my dog she had a whole bunch of other dogs next to each other would not recommend please don’t bring your pet here

My puppy went for his first time grooming and lasted forever I dropped him up around 10 am and was 2pm and he was not ready yet. I went to pick him up around 3 something. When I was driving back home I noticed that they did not trim his nails,😐 I called them back and ask why his nails were still long? She said because the puppy didn't let her do it. I was like wow really! How can a 8lb puppy control you ? Lol 😆 i just laugh. Never again service is horrible

PLEASE… FOR THE LOVE of everything, holy DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your dog to this groomer….. If you truly love your dog, DO NOT DO IT. 1. The owner doesn’t give a scheduled pick-up time but will call you when your dog is ready even though he is not…. 2. Takes more dogs that she can’t handle. 3. You still have to wait an hour after they have called you to pick up your dog. 4. They complain because the dog is either hyper or not cooperating. 5. After they explained to me my dog had knots, she gave a price of $85. When I picked up my dog, she WAS TRYING TO charge ME $120 because my dog was too much to handle… I have been coming to this groomer for about 2yrs, (3 times ONLY) but it was never like this… These past two sessions were bad, today being the worse…. NEVER AGAIN
